I went into the store looking for help with my malfunctioning central vac. I received some tips on how to troubleshoot my vacuum system and determine the root cause. I appreciated the free advice and know that I will always go there for any vacuum issues and my new system will definitely be purchased there.

I purchased a Meile Vacuum 8yrs ago from Don at the Ajax location. I have had virtually no problems up until recently and love my vacuum. Of the few times that I have needed to bring it in for repair, Don and his associates have been wonderful. My vacuum has been fixed and Don even managed to replace a part from an existing unit he had in storage so the bill was far less than I would have had - Fantastic! When the circuit board went, he gave me a discount and I couldn't be happier. My vacuum is something I cannot do without (I have 5 cats and I am a neat freak), so when you have great service, and a wonderful staff ready to make sure their customers leave with a smile, it's what keeps their customers loyal and coming back. I won't go anywhere else - big box stores have nothing on this place! A hidden gem for sure :))

This is my go to place for any vacuum. They have a great selection of new and used vacuums to meet every need at the best price anywhere. Always great advise to match products and accessories for any requirement. Terrific customer service keeps me going back.

I brought in my central vac hose and power nozzle which was working sporadically. The service here is great, friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my machine without charging me even though the warranty had expired. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly come back if I have any further issues.

I went there to replace my central vacuum hose last week which was in good shape for a 20 year old hose except for a split by the handle. They showed me the different types and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed with their prices which were significantly lower than their competition which I had checked out before going. They even replaced the end on my old hose so that I would have it as a spare for the garage - for free.

I bought a refurbished vacuum in September and then it stopped working in December and they fixed my vacuum and changed the brushes and it is working 100% now at no cost to me. The salespeople were knowledgeable and very helpful I would recommend this store to family and friends.

I went in looking for a new vacuum and the sales representative offered their own suggestions for what I should get based off of my own needs. They even gave me a good deal on a new Miele! I had a fantastic experience and I will not go anywhere else.
